time. The web site will provide all the up to date information you need to
assess current course details including: course descriptions, number of days,
topics covered, prerequisites, who should attend, cost, and Learning Center
information.

SYBASE CANCELLATION RESCHEDULE
POLICY
Sybase Education requires notification of cancellation at least
eleven business days before start date for a full refund. A cancellation number
will be provided at time of cancellation notification. No cancellation is
confirmed until a cancellation number is issued. If you are not able to attend,
please notify us eleven business days before the start date or you will be
responsible for full payment.
Passport students will be charged 50% of list
price for late cancellations or failure to attend. Payment will be required
before attending additional Education sessions.
Sybase Education reserves the
right to cancel up to two weeks prior to start date. Please consider this before
purchasing nonrefundable travel tickets.
